The agreement between you and N22.
This document is a working draft and does not yet constitute the final legal terms of the service.
The service
N22 is a workspace that connects to third-party AI providers using credentials you supply. Availability of each product in the ecosystem is indicated on the site; products marked as coming soon are not yet operational.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. One account gives you access to the products in the ecosystem that are available to you.
Your provider relationships
N22 operates on a bring-your-own-key basis. Your contractual and billing relationship with each AI provider remains directly between you and that provider. Charges you incur with them are yours.
Availability
We do not currently offer a service level agreement. The service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Changes
These terms may change as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
